Once the gaps are identified, we create the hosting instance, set up production and test environments, develop the System Architecture, and configure settings. We also import your primary and cut-over master data, preparing everything for testing.

Validate, Test & Train

In this phase, we rigorously test all workflows in a test environment, working closely with your Super Users. Once the workflows are validated, we prepare documentation and train your end users.

Launch

After successful training, we move all configurations and master data to the production environment. A mock cutover is conducted to ensure system readiness. We manage the data migration and closely monitor the system in the initial days to ensure smooth operations.
